Allen Atwood

Wyatt "Allen" Atwood, age 77 of the Karns Community passed away June 20, 2014 after a brief illness at Ben Atchley Veterans Home. Allen was a member of Beaver Ridge United Methodist Church, Beaver Ridge Masonic Lodge # 366, Veteran of the U.S. Navy, former owner of Atwood Pontiac Buick in Lenoir City; and a member of the Karns Hardee's Breakfast Club. Preceded in death by parents, Wyatt and Mattie Ruth Atwood and his loving wife of 52 years, Betty "Louise" Ogle Atwood. He is survived by; son Ed and Genoa Atwood; daughter Pam and Keith Ogle; grandsons Allen and Stephanie Harden; Nicholas and Amanda Harden; and Cory Harden; great-grandchildren, Jullet Lallaith Harden, Abigail Renee Louise Harden, and Erich Hendrix Harden. The family will receive friends on Tuesday June 24, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at Beaver Ridge United Methodist Church with Memorial and Masonic services to follow.
