Andy B. Smallen, 80, passed away April 1,2017 at home. Preceded in death by parents, John & Blanche (Cook) Smallen, seven brothers and two sisters. Survivors Wife Alma Smallen of Loudon, Brothers and sister-in-law Duke and Margaret Smallen of Loudon, Johnny and Linda Smallen of Lenoir City, sisters-in-law Mary Smallen and Linda Smallen both of Loudon, Barbara Brown of Sweetwater. Several special nieces and nephews , great nieces and nephews The family will receive friends at Loudon Funeral Home Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. with the funeral to follow at 7:00 P.M.
