Anita Bridges

September 17, 1921 — February 3, 2015

Anita B. Bridges, age 93, of the Hardin Valley community, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015. She was a lifetime member of Ball Camp Baptist Church and was a Red Cross Volunteer at Park West Medical Center for 25 years. Preceded in death by parents, A. J. and Rosa Bryant; husband, Leamon Bridges; four brothers and their wives, S.I., Hubert, Herbert and Everett Bryant and one sister and her husband, Lois Caughron. Anita is survived by children, Phyllis Finazzo and Vito, Judy Cowden and Charles and Bob Bridges and Barbara; grandchildren, JoAnne Fields, Sharon Barningham, David Williams, Jeannie Ullrich, Susanne Guy, Julie Reed, Michael Bridges, Mary Bridges and Jessie Bridges; 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; sisters in law, Iris Guinn and Marjorie Oliver and husband Neil. several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Saturday 12:00 - 2:00 at Ball Camp Baptist Church with funeral service at 2:00 pm. Rev. Gene Fields, Dr. Ed Sunday Winters and Rev. Don Hubbard will be officiating.
