Audrey Sue Simpson age 102, passed away at Lakewood Place Assisted Living on November 22, 2014. She was born to Steven Spencer Cantrell and Molly McNabb Cantrell on December 12, 1911. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Samuel Jesse Simpson, Sr.; sister and brother-in-law, Obrey Mae and Arnold E. Lance; brother, Emmet Cantrell; niece, Lois Ann Redding; nephew, Bill Cantrell; step son and daughter in law, Jess, Jr. and Louise Simpson. Sue is survived by niece, Susie Witt; great nieces, Suzanne Workman, Julie Chapman, Pamela Flentje and great nephew, Greg Redding and their families. Also surviving is her granddaughter, Teresa Hodges and grandson, Steve Simpson and their families. Sue was one of Jehovah's Witnesses. A memorial service is planned for 2:00 pm Saturday, November 29, 2014 in the Kingdom Hall, 301 Country Lane, Loudon TN with Doyle Scott officiating.
