Bessie Kate was a member of Stockton Valley Baptist Church & Eastern Star Paint Rock Chapter 454. Preceded in death by husband, Sam Rucker; parents, John "Boob" Mills & Margaret Evelyn Brown Mills; brothers, John & Jimmy Mills; sisters, Pauline Guider & Nellrene Branam. Survivors: children & spouses, Patricia & Tom Bradshaw, Loudon, Barbara Reynolds & Delmer Collier, Kingston & J.E. & Julia Rucker, Philadelphia; grandchildren, Jonathan Bradshaw & Megan, Dale Bradshaw, Chris Wallace & Tina, Brandi Rucker, Josh & Deliliah Rucker & Katie Kress; great grandchildren, Steven Wallace, Drew Laulasa, Nathanuael Rucker, Jonathan Wayne Bradshaw, Jr., Savannah Bradshaw, Samuel Rucker, Khloe Kress; sisters, Bernice Mills & Kathleen Brewster, Loudon.
