Bethel Lou Russell, age 76 of Loudon, passed away Tuesday evening December 23, at her home. She was a member Jacksons Chapel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents Joseph and Pearlie (Carpenter) Johnson, grandson Brandon Russell, three sisters and two brothers. Survivors: husband Charles Russell; daughter Sharon and Delbert Umphrey; sons Gabby and Sandra Russell and Leonard Russell; grandsons Dustin Russell, Cody Russell, Norman Umphrey and Jimmy Umphrey; four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews; Special friends Dorothy Jones and Brenda Lambert. Funeral service 7:00 pm Friday at Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rick Kirkland, Rev. Frank Parris, Rev. Greg Jamerson officiating. Graveside service 11:00 am Saturday at Simpson Cemetery with Rev. Delbert Umphrey officiating. Family will receive friends from 5 - 7:00 pm Friday at Loudon Funeral Home. www.loudonfuneralhome.net
