Billy Jenkins

Billy “Hub” Jenkins, age 64 of Loudon, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. Billy was preceded in death by parents, Hubert and Lucille Jenkins and brothers, Burl, George, Carl, and Jack Jenkins. He is survived by children, Missy Neeley and William Kerr; brother, Doug Jenkins; grandchildren, Isaiah, Kayla, and Hannah Word, Sam Neeley, Hailey and Sierra Kerr; one great grandchild; best friend Rick Littleton, and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.  There will be a graveside service at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 31, 2020 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Lenoir City. Loudon Funeral Home and Cremations is in charge of the arrangements.
