PRESLEY, BILLY E. - 89 of Loudon, passed away suddenly November 28, 2010. Billy was a member and deacon of Valley View Freewill Baptist Church, veteran of Army WW II, charter member of Piney Ruritan Club and former owner of Presley Appliance Co. He was retired maintenance supervisor of Sweetwater Hospital. Preceded in death by parents, Ed & Olivia Tallent Presley. Survivors: wife of 70 years, Dorothy Brown Presley; son, Glen Presley & wife, Margaret; daughters, Pat Easter & husband, Rev. Doug Easter, Loudon, Billie Jean McMillian, Philadelphia; 7 grandchildren, Cindy Easter, Harrison Presley, Frencie Bagwell, Tim Presley, Tina McMillian, Brad McMillian, Tywana Stoner; 9 great grandchildren; one great great grandson; sisters, Gladys Russell & Shirley Hicks & husband, Bud, Loudon; nieces & nephews. Funeral services 2 p.m. Wednesday Valley View Freewill Baptist Church. Rev. Doyle Pruett & Rev. Randy Hawk officiating. Interment church cemetery with military honors by Loudon County Veterans Honor Guard. Body will lie in state one hour prior to the services.
