Bonnie S. Cox, 72, of Philadelphia, TN, passed away Thursday morning. She was a Christian who was all about love, with a servants heart; a kind and gentle lady with a delightful sense of humor. She will always be remembered for talents of creativity and decorating skills, but mostly for her love. She is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Mabel (Keith) Summers; and sister, Connie (Summers) Peaden. Survived by husband, James W. (Bill) Cox, of Philadelphia; daughters, Terri Thomas (Barry), of Topeka, KS and Kelley Gray (Dan), of Sweetwater; sister, Becky Lane (Bill), of Loudon; grandchildren, Zachary and Gabriel Thomas, and Avery Pettitt; step-children, Amy Shanahan (Mike), of Richmond, VA and Dalton Cox (Sohnytha), of Lenoir City; step-grandchildren, Zakrye and Jaikeb Cox, and Michael and Whitney Shanahan. Funeral service for Mrs. Cox will be 7:00 p.m., Friday, Loudon Funeral Home Chapel, with Don P. Campbell officiating. Graveside service 11:30 a.m., Saturday, Steekee Cemetery.
