Phillips,Jr. Cad Franklin- 69 of Lee's Chapel Rd. Sweetwater passed away Sunday morning, June 5, 2011 at Sweetwater Hospital. Cad was a member of Lee's Chapel Baptist Church and former employee of the City of Sweetwater. Preceded in death by parents, Cad F. Phillips Sr. and Betty Tindel Phillips. surviviors; wife of 46 years Linda Hicks Phillips; 3 sons and spouses, Sheb and Tammy Phillips,Cody and Stephanie Phillips, Sweetwater, Chet and Brandy Phillips, Englewood; 2 sisters, Mrs. Ed(Myrtle) Dawson and Evelyn Woody, Sweetwater; 11 grandchildren, Tashia and Ed Arbogast, Mareshah, Travis and Faith Phillips, Bethany, Ben, Michah and Emily Phillips, Alexis, Ethan and Brooklyn Phillips: 2 great-grandchildren, Trey and Trent Arbogast. Family will receive friends 5--7 P.M. Monday at Lee's Chapel Baptist Church prior to the funeral service at 7 P.M. with Rev.
