Carl C. Frank 72, of Loudon passed away Tuesday evening, October 30, 2012 at ParkWest Medical Center. Carl was born in Virginia June 12, 1940. son of the late Floyd L. Frank & Ollie Bellamy Frank. survivors, brother, Leon Frank, of Arkansas; cousin, Sarah Frank Foxx, of Loudon. family and friends will meet at Niota Cemetery at 1 p.m. on Thursday November 1, 2012 for graveside services and interment. with J.C.
