Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, Carl Montooth Sr. and Pearl Viars Russell . brother, David Russell, survivors, sister and brother in law, Carylon & Jerry Williams. of Loudon. brother, Robert Russell and (Kelley) of Niota. special friend Tim Presley. Funeral Services 7 p.m. Monday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
