Charlcie Belcher Porter passed away peacefully at Kindred Nursing Home in Loudon, Tennessee on July 3, 2015. She was 76 years old. Charlcie was born on August 21, 1938 in Loudon, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Avery and Margaret Russell. She was their eldest daughter of five girls. She married Chester Bill Belcher, and he preceded her in death on April 24, 1980. They had four children. Charlcie worked at Union Carbide in Loudon for many years. After leaving Union Carbide, she eventually became a florist and purchased West End Floral in Loudon. Charlcie enjoyed sewing and attending horse shows, and she would always remember her beloved horse, Ginger. She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Billie Hartline, Wendel Belcher, Jackie Smallen, Wade Belcher; a son-in-law, Jerry Hartline; six grandchildren, Joshua Hartline, Amanda Hartline Greenlaw, Megan Smallen, Wendyann Belcher, Madison Belcher, Hannah Belcher; and three great-grandchildren; four sisters, Jerry Wilson, Freddie Davis, Nona Walden, and Jeannie McIntosh, also survive her.
