Charlene Scott

Charlene Faye Scott, age 72 of Paint Rock went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 18, 2021. Charlene was preceded in death by parents Lacey Cothran Jr. and Mary Raby; Sisters, Connie Hawkins, and Brenda Perdue.

Charlene is survived by husband, Johnny Ray “J.R.” Scott; Children, Tony Scott and wife Kim, Michael Scott and wife Crystal, Rhonda Moore and husband Joe, Brad Scott and wife Veronica; Grandchildren, Jessica Little, Nathan Edgemon, Cody Scott, Dillan Keller, Rachel Mason, Courtney Satz, Jacob Scott, Shawn Scott, Clayton Scott, and Johnathan Scott; Several great grandchildren; Sisters, Wilma Raby, Evelyn Turbyville, Kathy Moss, Donna Bemis; Brothers, Wayne Clark, Gene Clark, David Cothran, Jamie Cothran, Timmy Cothran; Charlene is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Loudon Funeral Home from 5 – 8 PM.  The funeral service will follow at 8 PM with Rev. Ray Johnson officiating.  The graveside service will be on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at 2 PM at Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery. Online condolences may be extended to the family at www.loudonfuneralhome.net.
