Charles E. "Buddy" Hodge, Jr.

GRAVESIDE SERVICE RESCHEDULED FOR 1:00 PM SATURDAY, SEPT. 28, 2024 @ BLUE SPRINGS CEMETERY

Charles Edward Hodge, Jr., aka “Buddy”, age 76 of Loudon, passed away September 23, 2024 at his home. 

Charles was preceded in death by his son, Freddie Hodge; his parents, Charles and Bessie Hodge; his sister, Peggy Faye Casteel; his brother, Grady Hodge; his father in law and mother in law, Joe and Mary Ruth Lawhon. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Sue and his son, Joe and wife Ruby; grandson Brandon and wife, Hannah and their children, Kamdon and Braydon; his granddaughter, Gabby and husband Shawn Williams and their children, Bridget and Damian; special friend, Anna; his sister, Margaret Galwreath and other loved family and friends.  

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 5 PM – 7 PM at Loudon Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 7 PM with Rev. Danny Buchanan officiating. Graveside service will be 11 AM Friday, September 27, at Blue Springs Cemetery.
