Cora Huff

Cora Lee Huff went home Tuesday, December 29, after a battle with Alzheimer’s. Cora enjoyed fishing, gardening and canning. She was a member of Blairland Baptist Church and retired from Maremont. Preceded in death by her husband, Roy Huff; parents, Rueben and Myrtle Yates; brothers, Robert, Gayther, Ray, and Jerry Yates; sisters, Kathryn White and Rita Cooper; nephew, Mike Yates and niece, Debbie Starritt. Cora is survived by her brother, Raymond Yates and his wife Dorothy and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She never had children of her own but loved every child that came into her life. Cora will be truly missed but will always be remembered; True friends until the end Mary Trent, Brent and Gayle Davis, and Joan Wayman. Friends may visit on Saturday January 2, 2021 at Loudon Funeral Home from 10:00 am-1:00 pm. Graveside service will be at 2:00 pm at Loudon County Memorial Gardens with Pastor Jon Henson officiating. Online condolences may be extended to the family at www.loudonfuneralhome.net.
