Loudon passed away suddenly Tuesday evening at Starr Reional Medical Center in Athens. preceded in death by, mother, Ruby Oody Viars, survivors, husband, Kenny Fagg: daughter, Misty Fagg; son; Rysty Fagg, granddaughter, Cheyan Fagg all of Loudon; father and step-mother,Roscoe and Geneva Presley of Philadelphia; sister, Belinda Pesterfield and husband Larryof Lenoir City. family and friends will meet at 2 p.m. Saturday at Loudon Funeral Home for a memorial service arrangements by Loudon Funeral Home. www.loudonfuneralhome.net
