David Cross

David G. Cross, age 68 of Maryville, went home on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 surrounded by his family. His grandchildren were the love of his life. He loved hunting, fishing, and tinkering with things. He was a truck driver for many years. He worked at Kellems Mulch Company in Alcoa. He is preceded in death by a son, David Paul Cross; parents, Lester and Effie Cross; sisters, Barbara J. Cross, Doris Cross, Geraldine Kerr, Margie Kerr and Billie Sue Thacker; brothers, James Cross and Junior Kerr. He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Patsy Noah Cross; children, Allen Ferguson, Brian Ferguson, Sandra Windham and husband Ash; grandchildren, Taylor Ferguson, Adelyn “Addie Bug” Windham, Ezekiel “Bubba” Windham; brothers, Luther “Fuzz” Cross and Jake Cross; sister, Linda Thompson and husband Dewayne; his four legged animals, and several nieces, nephews and extended family. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Children's Hospital  2018 West Clinch Ave. Knoxville, TN 37916  https://www.etch.com/ways-to-give/make-a-donation.
