David Sparks

David Eugene Sparks, of Philadelphia, TN, born October 17, 1949 in Lansing Michigan, passed away April 9, 2017 in St. Augustine FL. He was a loving and caring Dad, Papa, spouse, uncle, friend and Hero. He served in the U.S. Army, and was a Vietnam Veteran. Some of his many hobbies included fishing, hot rods, motorcycles, photography, traveling and most of all, spending time with his grandson. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Ricky Whiteside; fiancé, Kerri Diehl, grandson, David Whiteside; former spouse, Teresa Sparks; and several other family and friends. The family will receive friends 5 - 7 pm Monday, at Loudon Funeral Home, with funeral service to follow at 7 pm; Rev. Gary Cook will officiate. Loudon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
