Dorothy H. Morris

Dorothy Grimes Morris, age 90 of Loudon, went Home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 23, 2023. Dorothy retired from Viskase in Loudon, after 31 years of service. She was a lifelong member of Corinth Baptist Church.  

Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Grimes and Maude Byrum Grimes; brother, Bill Grimes; sisters, Ruth Bradshaw, Libby Edmunds, Lorene Stapp; daughter-in-law, Libbie Morris.  She is survived by children, Jimmy Morris, Jerry Morris and wife Brenda; grandchildren, Christi and Colin Freeman, Mariah Rodriguez, and John Taylor; special nephew, Charles Lynn; several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The family will receive friends Sunday, March 26, 2023 from 5 PM - 7PM at Loudon Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 7pm with Rev. Jimmy Rhiner and Rev. Adam Cook officiating.
