Effie was a member of Blairland Baptist Church & former employee of Bacon Co. & ETHRA. Preceded in death by husband, Herbert Jackson; parents, Joel Franklin Roberts, Sr. & Almeda Cofer Mee Roberts; sisters, Grace Roberts Preston & Reece Mee Cooper; brothers, Joe, Kermit & Frank Roberts, Walter Mee.
