Effie Nix

Effie "Topsy" Russell Nix 80 of Loudon passed Saturday afternoon at her home surrounded by her loving family. Topsy was retired from Visacase Corp. and a Member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church. Preceded in death by, husband, Charlie Nix, parents, Henry Lee and Ruby Lee Russell, brothers, James, Gene, and Marvin Russell, Son-in-law, Dennie Townsend. Survivors, daughters, Pat Townsend, and Cindy Nix, grandson, Chris Freels and wife Buffy, three great-grandchildren, Ariel, Cason & Colby Freels, sisters, Betty Russell, Dorothy Gibson, and Lena Webb, brothers, Charles Russell and Billy Russell.
