Evelyn L. Dotson

Evelyn Louise Russell Dotson, age 88 of Greeneville formerly of Loudon, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 3, 2024. Evelyn loved playing bingo. She was a former member of Corinth Baptist Church before she moved to Georgia.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Lee Dotson, son, Gary Lynn Dotson, parents, Tom and Ether Russell, siblings, Wilbert Russell, Jean Haney, Ollie Russell, and Ursa McCallie.

She is survived by daughter, Rebecca Jean Thomas, sons, Dennis Lee Dotson and wife Tonya, and Jerry Michael Dotson, 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, sister, Phyllis Bivens.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 5, 2024 from 5-7pm at Loudon Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow with Rev. Danny Thornburg officiating. Graveside services will be Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 11am at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.
