Frank Brackett

Frank Brackett, 92 born March 31, 1924 of Philadelphia, went to be with the lord on Friday January 6, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father Joseph Elbert Brackett and Mother Maude Fox Brackett, and brother-in-law Junior Francis. Frank was a retired auto mechanic for Cotton-Easter Ford and retired Vocational school teacher. Frank was a member of Cedar Fork Baptist Church which he was a deacon for 62 years. Survivors include his wife of 64 years Anna Rhea Russell Brackett of Philadelphia. His son Mike Brackett and wife Joan of Philadelphia. Granddaughter, Amy Gifford and husband Josh of Trenton, Ga. Which he was lovely called papaw. Sister, Dortha Francis of Philadelphia. several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 7 p.m. Monday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Charles (Bud) Boring officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Cedar Fork Baptist Church Cemetery for interment.
