Attended Loudon Freewill Baptist Church and former employee of APAC paving co. preceded in death by parents, Eugene T. & Ella Mae Regan Lively.and sisters: Janice Herdman and Beta Pierce survivors; wife Betty Jo Shaw Lively; daughter, Tina Lively Loudon: son. Gene Lively, Sweetwater; brother, Jimmy Lively & wife, Deana, Loudon; 6 Grandchildren; 3 Great-Grandchildren; Mother-in-law, Wuanita Shaw, Loudon. Funeral services 7 p.m. Tuesday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel,. with Rev. Michael Jacobs and Rev. Doug Easter Officiating. Family & Friends will meet at New Macedonia Church Cemetery, 10:30 A.M. Wednesday for Graveside Services. Visitation: 5--7 P.M. Tuesday Loudon Funeral Home
