Frank Regan Webb 80 of Mahala Dr., Sweetwater passed away at his home Wednesday morning, Sept. 22, 2010. Frank was a member & deacon of Rockview Baptist church & retired employee of Charisma chair co. preceded in death by grandson, Michael Brian Best; parents, Luke & Irene Floyd Webb; sister, Betty Jean Webb; brothers, Bob & Clarence Webb. Survivors;wife Lillie Rogers Webb, Sweetwater; daughters & spouses, Frances & Jimmy Wilkins, Diane & Donnie Presley, Sweetwater, Cathy & Mike Moser, Madisonville; 6 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Tommy Webb & wife Alice, Dalton, Ga. : nieces & nephews. Funeral service 7 p.m. Friday Loudon Funeral Home chapel. with Rev. Charles Cassidy & Rev. Ronnie Cook Officiating. Interment 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Sweetwater Memory Gardens. Visitation from 5 -- 7 p.m. Friday Loudon Funeral Home.
