Frankie Duncan

Frankie J. Duncan, 84 of Loudon, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2017. She was of the Baptist faith and loved her kids and grandkids very much. She was such an avid UT Football fan, no one was allowed to speak in the house when the game was on. Frankie was preceded in death by her parents, John an d Rosa Girdner; husband, Ishom Duncan; son, Herman Duncan; and grandson, Dusty Sherrill. She is survived by her children, Johnny Duncan, of Niota, Nita Best, of Loudon, Norman Duncan, of Decatur, James and Leigh Ann Duncan, of Loudon, Charles "Cotton" Duncan, of Lenoir City, and Frank and Tiny Duncan, of Loudon; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 7pm Friday, Loudon Funeral Home, with Rev. Taylor Duncan and Rev. Greg Jameson officiating. Graveside service 2pm Saturday at Riverview Cemetery.
