MOORE, FRANKIE LOUELLA - 103 of Philadelphia passed away Sunday July 6 2014 at Woods Nursing Home. Preceded in death by parents, William Wilson Wise and Dora Melinda Harvey, husband, Charles Edgar Moore, daughter, Louise Watson, son, James Edgar Moore. Survivors, daughters, Hazel and Kenneth Melton of Philadelphia, Janie and Fred Burnett of Niota; son, Charles and Nina Moore of Philadelphia; daughter-in-law Marie Moore of Philadelphia; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services 7:00 p.m. Monday Loudon Funeral Home with Rev. Ted Pegram officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Tennessee Chapel Cemetery for graveside services.
