Gail D. Lewis 64 of Sweetwater passed away Saturday October 26, 2013 at Sweetwater Hospital as a result of illness. A Vietnam Era Veteran. Mr. Lewis is preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester and Hazel Cameron Lewis, eldest brother, Alonsa, and a younger brother Roger. survivors, daughter, Annette Carolee Lewis, grandson, Garrett Woods of Cleveland, 5 sisters and 3 brothers from Ohio and Kentucky. Funeral Services 7 P.M. Tuesday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Cook officiating. Family and friends will meet at Fosters Cemetery at 11 A.M. Wednesday for graveside services with Military Honors. Family will receive friends from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. Tuesday prior to the service at Loudon Funeral Home www.loudonfuneralhome.net
