Passed away Wednesday May 8, 2011 form Injuries received from a motorcycle accident. survivors; two children, Krystle Johnson, Ohio, Thristan Worley, Knoxville; father, Charles M. Worley, Indiana; mother and step-father, Marsha Bush Utley and husband Edward, New Paris, Ohio; brother, Craig Worley, Ohio. Family will receive freinds from 5-7 p.m. Saturday at Loudon Funeral Home.
