Genevieve Cogdill

Genevieve R. Dawson Cogdill - age 64, of Sweetwater passed away Thursday, September 26, 2013 at University of Tennessee Medical Center. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Joe and Hattie Dawson; maternal grandparents, Ted and Grace Foster; aunts Peggy Yankovich and Wanda Wilson; parents Roy and Virginia Dawson. She is survived by her husband, James Leon Cogdill; son, James Justin; stepchildren, Angela Graham, Betty Cogdill, Jamey Cogdill, and Kim Rose; step-grandchildren, Kayla Watson, Kaitlyn Watson, and Hannah Watson; special aunt Shirley Rogers and her husband Ronnie Rogers. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 30 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Loudon Funeral Home, with memorial service to follow at 7 p.m. Burial service will be Tuesday, October 1 at 1 p.m. at Sweetwater Memorial Gardens.
