William Grover Harp, 86 of Rockwood, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016 at his home. Preceded in death by parents; daughter, Penny Elaine Harp; sisters, Betty Messer, Johnnie May Kirkland, June Willis, and Mary Watts; brothers, James "Buck" Harp, Charles Harp, and Billy Harp. Survived by wife, Mary Harp; daughters, Pam (Bill) Lowe and Beverly (Chuck) Woodmore; son, Ray Harp; twin brother, Glenn and Billie Sue Harp. Funeral service will be held 7:00 pm Tuesday, Loudon Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Gary Cook officiating. Family and Friends will meet at 2:00 pm Wednesday, at Roberson Cemetery for graveside service. Family will receive friends 4 to 7 pm Tuesday, prior to the funeral service.
