Harold Brookshire

Harold Dean Brookshire, age 71 of Knoxville, went home to be with the Lord on February 28, 2020 at his home surrounded by his children. He was an avid Tennessee Vols fan. He was preceded in death by his parents; Earl and Elsie May Brookshire; brothers, Jack Brookshire, Allen Brookshire and Paul Brookshire; sisters, Louise Mitchell, Pauline Giles, and Jane Rodgers. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Brookshire; children, Melissa Stinnett and husband, Allen, Randall Brookshire and Jason Brookshire; grandchildren, Darren Brookshire, Katy Edwards and husband, Zach, Ethan Brookshire, Peyton Brookshire, Lexi Brookshire, Gracie Brookshire and Audrille Brookshire; sister, Jean Pope; several nieces, nephews and extended family. The family will receive friends 5-7pm Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Loudon Funeral Home, with the funeral service to follow at 7pm. Rev. Gary Cook will be officiating. Graveside service will be at 11am Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Steekee Cemetery.
