EDGEMON, HELEN EASTER - 91 of Paint Rock Community, Philadelphia, passed away at her home Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Mrs. Edgemon was a member of Paint Rock Baptist Church and retired school teacher in the Roane Co. School System for over 30 years. Preceded in death by husband, Robert S. Edgemon, Sr.; parents, Sam & Sally Walker Easter; brother, Jim Easter; sisters, Grace Weaver & Lizzie Lee Furrow Borin. Survivors: son & daughter in law, Robert & Wanda Edgemon, Kingston; two grandsons & spouses, Arch & Sandra Edgemon, Kennesaw, GA, Joey & Marshi Edgemon, Hurricane, W. VA; 4 great grandchildren, Megahan, Angel, Sam & Mallory Edgemon; one great great granddaughter, Serenity Grace Edgemon; brother, A.D. Easter & sister, Audrey Jennkings, Knoxville. Funeral services 7 p.m. Friday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Jerry Roberts officiating. Interment 11 a.m. Saturday Paint Rock Cemetery.
