Herbert Dodson

April 2, 1922 — December 20, 2014

Herbert A. Dodson, 92 of Lenoir City, passed away Saturday evening at Baptist Health Care Center. Herbert was a Veteran of the Army, serving in World War II and is preceded in death by his parents, Jessie Lee and Helen (Barger) Dodson. Survivors: wife Delores Dodson; daughters Barbara (John) Johnson of Lenoir City, Debbie Presley of Loudon, Linda (Phillip) Dover of Florida. brothers Leah Reed Dodson and Earl Dodson of Grandview; sister-in-law Ernestine Dodson of Spring City; nephew Bob and Ludy Cornett of Dayton. Funeral Services 7 p.m. Tuesday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Virgil Davis officiating. Family and Friends will meet at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Lakeview Mausoleum for entombment service with Military Honors provided by the Loudon County Veteran Honor Guard.
