August 18, 1929 — February 25, 2011

ROGERS, HERMAN H. - 81, of Loudon Road, Philadelphia, passed away Friday, February 25, 2011 at Parkwest Medical Center. Herman was a retired employee Maremont; veteran of U.S. Army Korean conflict; member of Corinth Baptist Church; and a life long farmer. Preceded in death by grandson, Cory Rogers; parents, William H. and Tishie Cutshaw Rogers. Survivors: wife, Mary Lou Stooksbury Rogers; son, Steve Alan Rogers and wife, Valarie, Loudon; two grangchildren, Lindy Rogers Barrett, Chattanooga and Jenny Rogers, Knoxville; three great-grandchildren, Parker and Delaney Barrett, Piper Bradford; nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends 1 - 3 p.m. Sunday prior to funeral services at 3 p.m. Loudon Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Lynn Godwin officiating. Interment Loudon Co. Memorial Gardens. Loudon Funeral Home in charge.
