Howard Melton, Jr.

Howard “Huck” Finis Melton Jr., age 74, of Knoxville passed away on Friday, February 25, 2022. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was an avid fisherman. Preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Pauline Melton; sister, Anna Lynn Hill; and brother, Johnny Melton.  He is survived by son Michael Melton and wife Tina; former wife, Patty Ann Melton; grandchildren, Michael Melton II and wife Elizabeth, Zachary Melton and wife Rachel, Samantha Melton, Emily Melton; great grandchildren, Nikolas Melton, Aleksandr Melton, Sofiyia Melton, Axl Melton and Ian Melton; very special friends Steve and Florence Lunsford; several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 1, 2022 from 5-7pm at Loudon Funeral Home. Military Honors will be presented at 6pm by the Loudon County Veteran Honor Guard.
