Jack Adair

Jack H Adair, age 43, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 14, 2019.  Jack was born in Concord, NH and a 1995 graduate of Concord High School.  Jack joined the Navy upon graduation and served on the USS Thorn.  He was a devoted friend who loved to make others laugh. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack C. Adair and grandfather, C. Howard Colby.  He leaves behind his daughter Brynn, age 14 of Concord NH; his mother Sharon Adair of Concord, NH; his grandmother Marjorie Colby of Concord, NH; Uncle, Chester Colby of Concord, NH; his sister Melanie Adair Lavin and her husband Lt.Col. Joshua Lavin of Sumter, South Carolina; nieces Corinne and Chloe; nephew Cole; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jack was a resident of the Oliver Springs and Oak Ridge communities.  He was an active member of the Road to Recovery Program and graduate of HOPE of East Tennessee.  A memorial service will take place on December 29, 2019 from 7pm-9pm at the Calvary Baptist Church, 163 N. Jefferson Circle, Oak Ridge, TN.  His remains will be returned for burial in New Hampshire.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Road to Recovery Program, in care of the Calvary Baptist Church of Oak Ridge. Loudon Funeral Home and Cremations is serving the Adair family.
