Jack Griffith Sr.

Jack Melvin Griffith, Sr. 72 of Loudon, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Virginia (Fulkerson) Griffith; brothers, Henry and Albert and sister, Mae. Survived by: wife, Barbara Griffith, of Loudon; two sons, Jack Griffith, Jr. (She'a), of August, GA and Steve Griffith (Tracey), of Loudon; daughter, Sheila (Bobby) Newcomb, Loudon; grandchildren, Kristi and Daniel Coffman and Emily, Justin and Catlin Griffith; great grandchild, Jamie Coffman; brothers, Clifford (Kay) and Don (Pearl); sisters, Edna James (Max); half brothers, Jimmy, Russell, Henry and Gene; half sisters, Sissie Forhand; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be 7:00 pm Saturday, Loudon Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor David Thompson officiating. The family will receive friends, prior to the service, beginning at 5:00 pm. Loudon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
