COFFMAN, JAMES AVERY - 76, of Lenoir City passed away Monday, May 2, 2011 at U.T. Hospital with his daughter, Linda Wrinkle by his side. He was a great minister of the Lord and loved to preach and share the Lord with as many people as he could. He wanted them to know the Jesus he knew and loved. He also sang at church with his daughter, Linda whom he loved very much. He was loved by many people and he loved them. Preceded in death by Parents, George & Edith McGill Coffman; brothers, Billy & Bud Coffman; sister, Jerry Coffman; grandson, Ricky Holt. Survivors, left with beautiful memories, daughters, Linda Coffman Wrinkle & husband David, who has been his caretaker, of Knoxville, Brenda Crowe of Memphis; son, David Coffman & wife, Debbie of Kingston; sister, Christine Mercer, Lenoir City; special granddaughter who also was his caregiver, Dannielle Perkey, whom he loved so much; several other grandchildren, nieces & nep hews. Special friend Floyd Owens, Lenoir City. Funeral services 7 p.m. Thursday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop J.D. Drinnon officiating & singing. Interment 10 a.m. Friday City cemetery. Visitation 5 - 7 p.m. Thursday Loudon Funeral Home.
