WATTS, JAMES H. "TATER" - 77, of Loudon, passed away suddenly Monday, July 8, 2013. Tater was a retired employee of U.S. Post Office Loudon and was a city mail carrier for 39 years. Preceded in death by daughters, Lisa Lane and Rebecca Watts; parents, Homer and Margaret Giles Watts. Survivors, wife, Janice McGinnis Watts; daughter, Lynne Watts, Loudon; sons and spouses, Darrell and Terry Watts, Vonore, Jim and Misty Watts, Kingston, Bobby Watts, Loudon; brothers, Boyd Watts and Kate, Madisonville, Gary Watts, Philadelphia; sisters, Barbara and Reed Stricklan, Madisonville, Wanda and Bill Millsaps, Philadelphia, Jane and Ervin Moss, Richmond, Virginia; seventeen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Funeral services 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, Loudon Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Gary Cook officiating. Interment 11:00 a.m., Thursday, Loudon County Memorial Gardens.
