Jerry Markowicz

Jerry R. Markowicz, age 51, of Loudon, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 2, 2021. He was a faithful member, trustee, and choir director at New Macedonia Baptist Church. He worked at Denso for over 20 years as an Educational Development Trainer. He loved his Loudon community, serving his church and being with his family.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Robin Howard Markowicz; mother,  Rebecca Jane McAllister; and mother-in-law, Helen Howard. Jerry is survived by his wife, Jaime Scates Markowicz; children, Kristen Bickerstaff and husband, Josh, Brody Markowicz and Zane Scates; brothers, Josh Markowicz, Joey Markowicz and wife, Sarah; father, Johnny Price; father-in-law, Robert Howard; special friends, Donnie and Regenia Jones; several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to the New Macedonia Baptist Church youth group. The family will receive friends Sunday, September 5, 2021 from 2-4pm at New Macedonia Baptist Church, with the funeral service to follow at 4pm; Rev. Mitch Isbill, Rev. Chad Oody and Rev. Donny Crass officiating. Graveside service will be held at 11am Monday, September 6, 2021 at New Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
