John Edward "Buddy" Alexander 66, of Philadelphia passed away suddenly Saturday December 14, 2013 at Sweetwater Hospital. Veteran of U.S. Army Vietnam Conflict and retired employee of Beard Construction Co. preceded in death by wife, Linda Dawson Alexander; father, Rev. James Alexander. survivors; children, Bryan Alexander and Yvette Alexander, of Sweetwater, Angie Alexander of Arkansas; two grandchildren, Ashley Alexander and Lauren Alexander; mother, Kate Raby Alexander; sister, Barbara Cansler; brother David Alexander and Tammie all of Philadelphia; Family will receive friends from 12 noon- 2 p.m. Tuesday at Loudon Funeral Home with funeral service at 2 p.m. with Rev.
