Johnny Ayers

Johnny Delane Ayers, age 68 passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021. He attended Stephen’s County High School before serving our country in the United States Army.  Johnny was a member of Eastanollee Baptist Church, he enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and spending time with his beloved dog ranger.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Doreen Elizabeth Ayers; Father, John Ayers; Sister, Karen Harvey.

He is survived by Mother, Vera Mae Ayers of Thomasville, NC; Siblings, Gladys Mitchell of Thomasville, NC, Keith and Deborah Ayers of Broken Arrow, OK; Children, Haley Hollifield and Ricky of Springfield, GA; Anthony Schram of Sweetwater, TN, Christopher Schram and Tamera of Sweetwater, TN, Andrea Schram of Atlanta, GA, Michael Schram and Amy of Maryville, TN; Johnny is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 from 6-7 PM with the funeral service to follow at 7PM in the chapel of Loudon Funeral Home.  Chaplain Brian Brantley will be officiating. The graveside service will be on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery at 10AM.
