Johnny Wayne Williams, age 71, passed away suddenly at Fort Loudoun Medical Center, January 8, 2021. He was a Christian of the Baptist Faith, member and deacon of Union Fork Creek Baptist Church for over 50 years. Johnny was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Masonic Lodge Tennessee 204 F & AM. He was a welding inspector and instructor, retiring from Y-12 Oak Ridge with 34 years of service. Preceded in death, nine days prior, by son Marcus Williams. Also preceded in death by parents Cliff & Irene Williams; sister, Phyllis Williams; mother and father-in-law, R.B. and Cora Mae Summey, Avery Green; brothers-in-law, Jeff Green and Allen Curtis. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Darlene Williams; son and daughter-in-law, Travis & Kelly Williams; grandchildren, Jackson and Gracie Williams, who were his greatest joy; sister, Jenny Curtis; niece and nephews, Tammy Webb & family, Tim Curtis & family, and Josh Green, all of Loudon. A graveside service for Johnny and Marcus will be held Monday, January 11 at 2:00 p.m. at Union Fork Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Rev. Donnie Houston officiating. Due to the current COVID pandemic, the family requests that you wear a mask and practice social distancing. Friends may visit at their convenience at Loudon Funeral Home on Monday, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 1 Cor. 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
