SCHRIMSHER, JOSEPH "DAN" - 77 of Loudon, passed away suddenly Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at his home. Dan was retired employee of Viskase Corp. and preceded in death by his parents, James Leo "Sun" Schrimsher and Buna Mae Cannon Schrimsher; brothers, Jerry, Glenn and Bubby; infant sister. Survivors: wife of 53 years, Frances Dailey Schrimsher; sons and spouses, Tony and Sandra Schrimsher, Bryan Schrimsher and fiancée, Vicki Tallent, Kenneth Schrimsher, Steven Schrimsher, Loudon and Bruce Schrimsher, Madisonville; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brother, Mike Schrimsher; sisters, Aileen (Jack) Longmire, Loudon, Barbara (Kenneth) Purdy, Lenoir City; sisters in law, Betty Moser and Suzie Gaston; brother in law, Buck Dailey and wife, Bonnie; nieces and nephews. Funeral services 7:00 p.m. Thursday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Rick Kirkland and Rev. Bill White officiating. Interment 11:00 a.m. Friday Loudon County Memo rial Gardens.
