Juanita Hinds

Juanita Broglin Hinds age 89 of Steekee Creek Road Loudon, Tennessee went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, 27 December, 2012 where she also finally got to meet her mother. Mrs Hinds was a loving mother, grandmother who never had a harsh word for anyone. She was a homemaker that has prepared many meals for lots of people. She was a loyal member of Steekee Creek Missionary Baptist Church for many years. Mrs. Hinds is preceded in death by her parents James and Lillie Ray Broglin, Step mother Lillie Mae Broglin, special aunt Doshie Broglin Roberts that raised her and her sister Virginia after the death of their natural mother when they were ages of 11 mos and 3. She is also preceded in death by sisters Virginia (Gin) Slone (Everette) of Columbus Ohio and Brookie Worley of Sweetwater. She is survived by husband of 71 years Robert Curtis Hinds; Sons Robert Wayne Hinds and special friend Jane Harvey of Lenoir City, Tn., Bryan Lynn Hinds of Sweetwater, Tn.; Daughters Gwendolyn Sue Presley and Larry of Loudon, Tn, Sharon Ann Best and David of Sweetwater, Tn.; Grandchildren Keith Presley (Julie) , Crystal Durman (Marc) , Brandon Hinds, Kelley Leming (Chad) , Jason West, Shellece Hinds, Berea Hinds; 8 Great Grandchildren; brother, Larry Broglin, Sweetwater; sisters, Wilma Robinson and Alta Wallace, Sweetwater; many nieces and nephews in the Columbus Ohio area. Receiving friends Friday 28 Dec. 2012 from 5 to 7pm at Loudon funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 7pm. Rev. Tommy Pattterson and Rev. Tim Watson Officiating. Pall Bearers are Larry Presley, David Best, Keith Presley, Brandon Hinds, Chad Leming and Marc Durman. Burial will be 10:30am Saturday December 29, 2012 at Gaylon cemetery in Paintrock.The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Amedisys Hospice of Sweetwater.
