L.B. was preceded in death by wife, Helen Murr Franks; parents, Barley and Willie Yearby Franks; step son, Tommy Seals; sister, Katie Phillips and Ellen Gillihan. Survivors: daughter, Terry Jane Franks, Texas; sister, Shirley Stricklin, Savannah, TN; nieces and nephews.
