Malina Barboza

November 27, 1921 — February 13, 2014

Malina A. Barboza, 92, passed away peacefully at home after a long illness. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she is survived by her husband Charles Barboza, sons Charles Barboza Jr. and Richard Barboza, daughters Pauline Atteberry Gagne, Cynthia Kinard, Judith Parks and Kathleen Brum, 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd, at 10:30am at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Lenoir City. An additional memorial service will be held in Westport MA, at a later date. "Has this world been so kind to you that you should leave with regret? There are better things ahead than any we leave behind."
