Marie Bettis

Marie Bettis, age 87, of the Cedar Fork Community went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 18, 2025. She was a member of Cedar Fork Baptist Church. She loved gospel music and listening to preaching on the radio. The joy of her life was taking care of her special needs daughter Deb Bettis.

Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Bettis; daughter and son-in-law, Esther and Joe Renfro; daughter, Deb Bettis; brothers Fred Henry, Clyde Henry, Wayne Henry, Richard Henry; and sister, Evelyn Johnson.

She is survived by son, Robert Bettis and wife Jean; granddaughter, Angie Renfro and her daughters; and brother, Clay Henry.

The family would like to give a special Thank You to the Sweetwater Hospital staff, Doctor James, the Woods Village Assisted Living staff, and to her special friends, Jean, Dennis and Janie.

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 21, 2025 from 10am-12pm at Loudon Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at Cedar Fork Baptist Church Cemetery with Brother Ray Johnson officiating.
